While our main training focus is rooted in the Original Hot 26 style of yoga, you will also receive training to teach all class formats listed. This will give you a great advantage in elevating your skillset and experience. Most importantly our 50 HR Hot 26 Yoga Teacher Trainings teach you how to teach to the needs of all populations and ability levels that desire to incorporate yoga into their lives and receive its countless benefits.
