  • What are the prerequisites for joining the yoga teacher training program?
    To join our yoga teacher training program, you should have a regular yoga practice and a genuine interest in deepening your understanding of yoga. No prior teaching experience is required. People new to yoga will be considered.
  • What topics are covered in the yoga teacher training curriculum?
    The curriculum includes foundational knowledge of yoga postures, anatomy, philosophy, teaching methodology, ethics, business of yoga, and so much more. We also cover specialized topics such as Trauma Sensitive Yoga and the Neuroscience of Yoga.
  • How long is the yoga teacher training program?
    Our yoga teacher training programs vary in length. We offer 50-hour, 200-hour, and 300-hour certifications. Each program is designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience.
  • Is the yoga teacher training program accredited?
    Yes, our yoga teacher training programs are accredited by Yoga Alliance, ensuring that you receive a high-quality education that meets industry standards.
  • What is the cost of the yoga teacher training program?

  • Q: Will I receive my certificate upon completion?
    A: Yes, upon successful completion of our training programs, you will receive a recognized certification from Pure Yoga Teacher Trainings. This certificate signifies that you have met the standards set by the Yoga Alliance for RYS 200 and RYS 300 programs, as well as OHYA accreditation. Our comprehensive curriculum and experienced instructors ensure that you are well-prepared and qualified to teach yoga professionally. Your certification will open doors to teaching opportunities globally and help you establish a credible presence in the yoga community.
  • Q: Upon completion will I be an RYT? A registered yoga teacher?
    A: Upon certification you will automatically be a CYT (certified yoga teacher). If you choose to register with Yoga Alliance you will then become an RYT.
